30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, treats)
• Opened hygiene or grooming products
• Custom or personalized items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at animalneeds77@gmail.com with a photo of the item.
